Jeanette Widner has more than 10 years of experience developing and managing multiple facets of financial operations and reporting for rapidly growing organizations, particularly in the life sciences sector. Previously, Jeanette served as Controller for a cell-manufacturing platform technology company and as Assistant Controller for a medical device company. Her areas of specialization include close and financial reporting management, external audit management, and private and public financing, including IPOs, SEC reporting, internal controls, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, equity plan administration, and financial system implementation and administration. Jeanette holds an active CPA license with the state of Maryland.
